Father Mbaka called out for keeping silent amid the ongoing #EndSARS protest

Nigerians have called out Catholic priest and spiritual director of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Rev. Fr. While Mbaka over his continued silence as the the #EndSARS protest continues nationwide.

Top Clergymen and top celebrities have lent their voices through different platforms in support of the protest, aimed at putting an end to police brutality and extra-judicial killings in the country.

Nigerians are baffled at the reason behind, Mbaka's continued silence. The outspoken priest, well known for fighting for the poor and speaking up against bad governance, has remained silent amid the protest going on nationwide.

A Catholic priest, identified as Father  Abel Mwelwa , has been suspended in Lusaka, Zambia, after his married lover allegedly died during a marathon sex in his house. The deceased, who was a member of the Catholic Women’s League from St Maurice Catholic Church, had lied to her husband that she was going to a funeral but ended up with the priest. Police in Lusaka says they have instituted an inquiry into the death of a 42-year-old woman who allegedly died in the Parish Priest’s House at Kaunda Square Catholic Church. Meanwhile, Fr. The United States Government has today Tuesday June 16, filed indictments against six high profile Nigerians for conducting an elaborate scheme to steal over six million dollars from victims across the United States. Richard Uzuh, Micheal Olorunyomi, Alex Ogunshakin, Felix okpoh, Nnamdi Benson and Abiola Kayode are all found wanting for cybercrimes, in which their victims were defrauded of more than $6 million dollars via BEC fraud scheme and Romance fraud scheme, following Investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
