Zendaya makes history as she becomes youngest Emmy winner for lead actress in drama.

 Euphoria's star Zendaya has won the lead drama actress Emmy.  Zendaya, a first-time nominee and the yougest on the ballot, made history with the win. She became the youngest ever Emmy winner in the category and also the first black actor to take the award since "How To Get Away With Murder's" Viola Davis in 2015. She thanked her family, team and “Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson. “I appreciate you so much; you’re my family,” said Zendaya of her character, addressing Levinson, who based the series on his own battle with drug addiction. “I’m so grateful for Rue.  Uzoamaka Nwanneka Aduba won her third career Emmy award for supporting actress in a limited series for her role in the FX series Ms. America, beating out Margo Martindale, Tracey Ullman, Jean Smart, Holland Taylor. "You are all exceptional." Uzo Aduba praised her fellow nominees while accepting the award donned in a t-shirt with the name of Breonna Taylor, who was unjustly murdered. Filming on "The Batman" movie resumes after coronavirus shutdown.

Filming has resumed in Britain on the movie "The Batman," Warner Bros. said on Thursday, after a two-week shutdown caused by a member of the production - reported to be actor Robert Pattinson - who tested positive for the coronavirus. “Following a hiatus for COVID 19 quarantine precautions, filming has now resumed on  The Batman  in the UK,” a Warner Bros. representative said in a statement. Pattinson, the star of the superhero movie, was widely reported to be the person who tested positive in early September. The movie studio never confirmed or denied this. The shutdown underscored the challenges that Hollywood is facing in getting back to work after months of pandemic-induced shutdowns, and the stringent safety measures they must now undertake.
