The Czech Republic reported 1,965 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, the fourth straight day below 2,000 after a recent surge, Health Ministry data showed on Wednesday. The country has seen one of Europe's largest spikes in the novel coronavirus in September, prompting the government to re-impose some measures such as wearing masks to slow the spread. Reuters.

 Nigeria reported 111 new cases of the novel coronavirus on Wednesday September 23, according to the NCDC. Nigeria has  now recorded a total of 57,724 cases of the virus, 48,985 recoveries and 1,102 fatalities. State by State breakdown of the new cases are as follow; Lagos - 31 Gombe - 18 Kaduna - 18 FCT - 15 Rivers - 14 Imo - 3 Kwara - 3 Oyo - 3 Bayelsa - 2 Ogun - 2 Edo - 1 Osun - 1 

Indonesia recorded 3,891 new cases of coronavirus on Friday September 18, the health ministry has announced. Indonesia has now recorded a total of 236,519 cases of the novel coronavirus, 170,774 recoveries and 9,336 fatalities.

"What this is suggesting is that these fluids are giving females one extra chance — long after she's picked her partner — to bias the number of sperm that are going to be coming towards the eggs." The Health Ministry announced 387 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the total number of infections nationwide to 14,032. Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, the ministry’s disease control and prevention director general, Achmad Yurianto, added that 16 more people had died of the disease, bringing the death toll to 973. The total number of recovered patients has also increased to 2,698. The capital city recorded 134 new confirmed cases, bringing the total tally to 5,190. Meanwhile, East Java reported 83 new cases, Papua 31, Central Java 19 and North Sulawesi 18.  The virus has spread to all of the country's 34 provinces. 

Nigeria reported record high daily cases for the second day, with the total cases in the country close to 4,000. The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Friday (May 8), reported that 386 new cases of the deadly Coronavirus has been recorded in the country, a figure published on their Official Twitter account. Lagos, the epicenter of the disease in the country saw 176 cases, while Kano followed With 65 cases.
