  Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has on Tuesday Oct. 20, imposed a 24-hour curfew on all parts of the state, from 4pm. This is as a result of unrest and tension caused by criminals and miscreants under the guise of #EndSARS protesters. The governor expressed shocked at how a very peaceful protest has degenerated into a monster that is threatening the well-being of the society. The Lagos State Government has announced that a pregnant COVID-19 patient was delivered of a baby boy at the Gbagada Isolation center. Gov. Babajide Sanwo-olu shared the good news and also confirmed that the mother and child are in good condition.

The Lagos State Government has announced that 21 patients have been discharged from Isolation centers across the state, having recovered from the virus and tested negative twice. The announcement was made by the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-olu, on Sunday (May 10) on his official Twitter account. Total number of patients that have recovered from the Virus in the State is now 468.
